Due to growth we are seeking to hire an experienced AML/CTF Analyst to establish our Compliance function.  Reporting into our Chief Financial Officer, this is a stand alone position and as such we are looking for someone who wants to make this role their own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the designated AML Compliance Officer under the firm's AML/CTF Program
  • Lead AUSTRAC reporting and other regulatory reporting obligations
  • Oversee audits, due diligence process and regulatory examinations
  • Lead training initiatives for AML/CTF and compliance across the business
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments
  • Provide regular, formal reporting to the Board
  • Maintain accurate records and develop and enhance compliance policies, framework and control procedures

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years plus experience within compliance in either a bank, law firm, professional services, government or regulator
  • Law degree, Actuarial or Commerce Degree
  • Experience gained in New Zealand and/or the UK will also be considered
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in AML/CTF and Governance essential.   Modern Slavery an added bonus but not essential.
  • Will consider part time applicants
