We're looking for a
Device Testing Lead
to join on a 6-month contract and lead an external review of our current device testing model. This role will focus on benchmarking processes against best practices across the Australian market and delivering recommendations to modernise and optimise testing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and benchmark existing device testing processes and lab setup against industry standards and competitors.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and modernise workflows, including exploring automation and enhanced test coverage.
  • Provide clear recommendations on updates to test tools, methodology, and resource allocation.
  • Assess opportunities for improved efficiency through partnerships and alternative approaches.

About You

  • Strong background in device testing, lab management, or related technical fields.
  • In-depth understanding of testing methodologies used by major operators (e.g., Telstra, TPG, etc.).
  • Proven ability to review, benchmark, and optimise technical processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
