About the opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic sales team in Sydney. Tasked to support and grow our existing wholesale accounts and secure new customers with Cult's portfolio of brands, this exciting role will require exceptional customer service, an ability to build strong client relationships and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow the wholesale sales channel through market research, evaluation and targeting.
  • Maintain, support and develop existing wholesale customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, up to date product and brand information, and aftersales care.
  • Collaborate with State and Showroom managers to maintain concession staff levels
  • Collaborate with Inventory Coordinator to effectively manage stock, including sell-in and sell-out forecasting and promotions

About you

The successful applicant will be:

  • Experienced in wholesale sales (min 2 years), in furniture, lighting or homewares highly desirable
  • Self-motivated and commercially minded with a passion for sales
  • Confident and professional, with strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly organised with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
