Role Details:

We're seeking an experienced

Grader Operator

to join our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.

Reporting to the Supervisor: Surface Production, you will deliver quality, timely grading services to support the safe haulage of ore and waste rock.

This role is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie or Kambalda, working on a 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off roster. A daily bus service is provided to and from site.

About the role:

Cut and fill to levels, maintain clean, smooth road surfaces and form drainage to prevent ponding

Collaborate with the mining team to achieve production goals efficiently

Support budgeted maintenance targets by operating equipment carefully, conducting scheduled inspections, servicing, troubleshooting and coordinating timely repairs

Help develop the team's skills by providing training and mentoring to operators

About you:

Previous experience operating a grader (16H) in surface mining operations, with a strong safety record

Consistent and reliable in performing repetitive tasks to a high standard

Hold a current HR Driver's license.
