EXPERIENCED GRADER OPERATOR FOR SOUTHWEST REGION

Busselton Civil Pty Ltd is a long-established company based in Busselton W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, demolition and liquid waste. BCP are currently seeking Experienced Grader Operators with Final Trim experience for ongoing work in the southwest region Competitive remuneration offered.

Essential Attributes

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience operating grader on road construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Top Con or Trimble and Final Trim
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans to undertake required site works
  • Appropriate plant operating competency certificates
  • Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card)
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of maintenance / operational requirements of plant and equipment and willingness to undertake minor maintenance activities and replacement of consumables.
  • Willingness and ability to work away from home
  • Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screen & company medical
