About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) as a full-time Sales Representative based in Rockingham, WA. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term partnerships
  • Attend client meetings, presentations and events to showcase our products and services
  • Collaborate directly with the Manager to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on all sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the electrical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
