Inclusive Employment Australia is the new program replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) and introduces a more inclusive future where people with a disability as well as those with injury or health condition can get support to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work, and grow their career.
About the Role....
- Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
- Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
- Build employer and community networks
- Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
- Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
- Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
About You.....
We require someone with:
- Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
- Strong customer service, admin, and communication skills
- Team player with good time management
- Target-driven and adaptable
- Current driver's licence and local travel required.
