Spring Reform , a boutique physiotherapy and reformer Pilates studio in Mount Hawthorn, is seeking a physiotherapist to join our team.

About the opportunity

This is a unique role that offers flexible business models — from revenue-share to hybrid arrangements. We provide everything you need to step straight in and succeed:

  • A fully equipped treatment room, physio bed, consumables, booking system, and HICAPS machine
  • An existing patient base, plus strong referral pathways through our thriving Pilates studio
  • Marketing and admin support, so you can focus on clients
  • A collaborative brand environment where physiotherapy and Pilates are integrated

Currently, the clinic owner balances physiotherapy, Pilates, and management duties and still sees 15–20 patients per week. This is well below the potential. We believe it would be easy to fill a full-time caseload in our studio — if that's what you want. Or, you may prefer to build a more tailored schedule that suits your lifestyle and commitments. Either way, the opportunity is here.

What we're looking for
  • Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
  • Dry needling qualification (or willingness to complete training)
  • Pilates instruction experience desirable (support provided if you'd like to train)
  • A passion for movement, rehabilitation, and building strong client relationships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — excited to grow your own practice in partnership with us. You should be comfortable bringing any of your current case load, adding that with our existing case load - and then with exposure to our Pilates base and with your own efforts to grow - we create a vibrant and holistic health practice.
