Full Time Physiotherapist Position – Move Physiotherapy Beeliar (Location Share with Booragoon)

Join Our Team at Move Physiotherapy

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing physiotherapist to join our Booragoon and Beeliar clinics (Location share) on a Full-Time basis. This role would suit both a junior and senior physiotherapist. You would be joining a consistent and expanding team in Beeliar and Booragoon.

Our Beeliar clinic is fully equipped with 4 treatment rooms, an 80m on-site gymnasium fully equipped with Clinical Pilates, Barbells, Kettlebells, Cable Machines etc. Our Booragoon clinic is more established - with 3 treatment rooms, a greater gym space - and again - fully equipped with everything needed for rehab

We are highly rehabilitation focused - and are best suited for a Physiotherapist with experience in Strength and Conditioning, Clinical Pilates or a keen interest in gym and exercise as therapy.

We are particularly interested in clients who can utilise our fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) - and incorporate this into rehab programs for clients.

Hours of Work:

We are looking for a Full-Time Physiotherapist. There would be a staggered start over your initial 4 weeks whilst we complete our onboarding, and allow time for your caseload to build up. This is a new role to fill.

Pay and Renumeration:

We believe in fair opportunity for Physiotherapists as staff, and have thus maintained our staff for a long time. We provide our staff an attractive base salary with a commission incentive whereby you will receieve the greater of your base rate, or your commission bonus inclusive of superannuation.

For junior therapists, we have a structured salary progression based on years of experience and performance. You will receive the greater of your hourly base rate plus superannuation, or your commission based on billings.

We are a busy clinic, and typically achieve between new appointments each month combined across our locations. This means the capacity to be fully booked is there. As such, each of our therapists should be aiming to reach their commission targets each fortnight. There is a capacity to have senior and junior physiotherapy pricing - based on experience and booking numbers.
