We have an exciting opportunity for a Trial Success Officer to join our growing team in the expanding Clinical Trial space
Who we are
At Clinibase, we connect people with opportunities to join medical trials that could change lives. We look after participants from the very first conversation, right through to walking into the clinic to meet the medical team. Our mission is simple: to make the trial journey smooth, supportive, and successful — for both participants and our partners.
We're a fast-growing company with a culture that's as fun as it is supportive. Based in the heart of Collingwood, Melbourne's best food and coffee district, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to great spots nearby. We celebrate collaboration, welcome new ideas, and truly value the work we do together.
About the Role
As a Trial Success Officer, you will get to experience the thrill of a fast-paced environment. The trial success team is the bridge between our recruitment team and the clinical trial sites, sponsors, and CROs we work with. This role is all about communication, relationship building, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
You'll work closely with clinical teams to understand their needs, while also making sure our recruiters have the right information to bring in participants smoothly. You'll share updates, solve problems, and keep everything running on track.
Be part of a team that values your growth and development. If you're ready for a dynamic career where each day brings new challenges, apply now and seize the chance to be a part of Clinibase's remarkable journey
This exciting role will have you:
- Build friendly, professional relationships with trial sites, sponsors, and CROs — becoming their trusted first point of contact.
- Keep our recruitment team in the loop with trial requirements, study protocols, and targets.
- Share clear, practical insights by turning recruitment data into stories and recommendations.
- Write simple, supportive tools like pre-screening questionnaires, call scripts, and training material.
- Work with our marketing team to get the word out about each trial.
- Keep participants engaged through SMS and email check-ins.
- Be the person the team turns to for answers on study details and recruitment processes.
- Pitch in with admin tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
You will have:
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate workflow, prioritise work tasks effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Motivated by the purpose of clinical trials — improving healthcare, helping participants, and contributing to life-changing research.
- Experience working in clinical trials will be highly considered
To apply submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you are interested in the role. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
