About You:
You are a people-first professional, naturally empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine drive to connect meaningfully with others. Your strength lies in building trust and creating safe, inclusive spaces where learners feel seen, heard, and supported.

Your industry experience, the hands-on, practical knowledge gained through roles such as case management, youth engagement, disability support, crisis response, community development, housing or mental health support, offers invaluable insight for learners preparing to step into these fields.
We welcome applications from experienced educators, as well as those who have recently completed or are close to completing their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people and communities, we would love to hear from you.
