About the Role:

We're after someone with genuine hospitality in their heart, a love of quality coffee, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, beautiful environment. You'll be serving up coffee by day and working within a team that transitions into an elegant, buzzing space for wine, cocktails, and tapas by night.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty coffee experience
  • Latte art is an absolute must
  • Confident on a busy machine with speed, precision, and consistency
  • A warm, professional presence — great with customers and teammates alike
  • Availability for 30 hours a week, including weekends (more available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to support smooth daily service and maintain high standards
  • Interest in growing with us as we evolve
