We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
  • Ensure quality control of all coffee beverages and food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions.
  • Educate customers on our coffee and tea offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of coffee art techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • opening and closing the cafe, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and efficiently running the day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $41.04 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
