About the opportunity
Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg Theatre Technician team are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Theatre Technician to join their team. If working with autonomy as well as within a team in a busy 4 theatre complex and you have an interest in women's health then this could be the opportunity for you. You will be working a rotating roster with no night duty unless back fill is required. Experience working as Theatre technician is essential as we have a 24 hour emergency Theatre at all times, it is a fast paced exciting environment to work in.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience and qualifications as Grade 4 Theatre Technician.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
