We pride ourselves on building genuine, long-term relationships—with our clients and with our people. We're now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Bookkeeper to join our team based in our picturesque East Perth Office.

About the Role:
As the Junior Bookkeeper you'll be a key part of our finance and administration team, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate processing of accounts, job invoicing readiness, time billing, data-entry and general admin support.

The Junior Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

  • Process invoices, fuel receipts, and other transactions in MYOB.

  • Manage end-of-month supplier statements and supplier credit applications.

  • Support job invoicing processes—liaise with site contacts, collect required documentation, and prepare for billing.

  • Assist with payroll preparation by entering timesheets and compiling reports.

  • Maintain accurate internal records and leave registers.

  • Provide general admin support—phones, emails, office supplies, reception, errands.

  • Assist with rental property admin, including utilities and inspections.

Pre-requisites:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium to large organisation.

  • A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, equivalent, or working towards attaining certification.

  • Demonstrated experience with known systems such as MYOB would be advantageous.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high-level data entry accuracy. Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.

  • Permanent resident within Western Australia.

  • Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical including regular drug and alcohol screenings.
