About the Role
This role will manage the development and execution of one or more products to solve a business problem. It provides guidance to the Domain Lead focussed on conceptualising, planning, strategically prioritising and implementing product(s).
Key accountabilities include:
- Implements one or more products or initiatives to scope, on time and on budget.
- Manages a team of primarily secondees/contractors to develop and implement a solution and execute the business capability adoption. Ensures performance of the team, enabling high performance of team members to deliver project/s on schedule and budget. Fosters a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment, promoting trust, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience. Ensures that the solution is adopted by the business.
- Enhances user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution (working with Experience and Business Adoption resources).
About you

You have:
- A qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Commerce, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in digital product delivery.
- Experience in leading diverse teams and complex stakeholder management
- An understanding of Agile methodologies
- Project management expertise
- Experience in Organisational Change Management (desirable)
