Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wollongong, NSW. The Medical Negligence Lawyer will be responsible for managing a caseload of medical negligence claims from initial consultation through to resolution. Responsibilities include conducting detailed legal research, preparing legal documents, providing expert legal advice to clients, and representing clients in negotiations or court proceedings. The role requires thorough case preparation, client communication, and collaboration within a supportive legal team.

Qualifications and Salary

  • Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and personal injury law
  • Skills in legal research, case analysis, and document drafting
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience in litigation or alternative dispute resolution
