Licensed Conveyancer

We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal to join our busy Commercial Property team, working closely with a Associate on a wide range of matters.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the team across a variety of commercial and property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and property finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys managing files, client communication, and contributing to the smooth running of complex property matters, for developers, high net individuals and local and state government departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and assisting with all aspects of commercial property transactions
• Preparing contracts, leases, and related documentation
• Conducting title and property searches, due diligence, and settlement coordination
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Supporting a Senior Associate with workflow management and file progression

About You

• 3–5+ years' experience in property law, ideally within a commercial or mixed practice
• Licensed Conveyancer qualification or solid paralegal experience in commercial property
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in PEXA and relevant legal software
