The role

Seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and project delivery to our diverse client base across Melbourne, Victoria.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient and effective technical support for a range of client systems and networks as part of our MSP service desk
  • Manage and complete project-based work, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and business system implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions
  • Proactively monitor client systems, identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing to both internal and client-facing teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our MSP service offerings

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar technical support role
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality IT project work and managing client relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) and various networking protocols
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
