TLC Domestic Home Maintenance Pty Ltd – Handyman/Maintenance Role

Contractor $50 -60 p/h depending on experience.

TLC Domestic Home Maintenance is a family owned and operated business that provides services for NDIS, Aged care and Private clients. As much as we value professionalism, it is also important that we have a reliable team that we can have rapport with to create an enjoyable work environment.

We are looking for a committed contract worker who has the skills to perform a vast array of handyman tasks. Job settings will mainly be in and around private residences.

Our ideal candidate will have a few years' experience with maintenance ensuring all tasks are completed to meet minimum safety standards. If you have your own set up and vehicle, this is preferred.

You will have the independence to go out and problem solve in the best interests of our clients. Clear communication with our staff at TLC will ensure that jobs run smoothly and any issues that arise can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General repairs. e.g Fixing leaking taps, door knobs, lights, smoke alarms, patch work.

  • Painting e.g Walls, doors, ceiling

  • Assembly and installation e.g Furniture, shelves, cupboards

We will have a minimum hour charge on each job to ensure you are compensated for your time on the smaller tasks that may take less than an hour.
