Based in our vibrant Chatswood office, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that helps clients make the most of their trading experience. You'll receive comprehensive training, including the RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification, and ongoing coaching from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of $60,000 plus superannuation and a clear pathway to grow your career in financial services.

What you'll be working on
As our new Client Services Associate, you'll:
- Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
- Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps our clients coming back.
- Spot opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen our reputation for excellence.
- Work on a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
Your experience and expertise directly impact the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Clear, confident communication skills in both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus).

Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or finance is highly valued.
