Cannington Community College CC is situated in the heart of Cannington's business precinct and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 10. The Role
Cannington CC is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and student-centred Program Coordinator (PC) – Health and Physical Education - Careers and Auslan to join its dedicated and collaborative leadership team.

In this key leadership role, you will drive high-quality teaching and foster a positive, engaging learning environment across the College. You will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Health and Physical Education - Careers and Auslan programs. A strong focus will be placed on developing strategies that increase student engagement and improve academic outcomes.

The successful applicant will champion excellence in teaching and learning, promote a culture of collaboration, and provide leadership that supports the wellbeing and professional growth of both students and staff. You will model best practice in teaching, use data to inform instruction, and integrate technology to enhance learning and communication. A key aspect of the role involves leading performance development processes, promoting consistency and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, as you will work closely with staff, students, and the wider school community to achieve the best outcomes for all learners. As Program Coordinator, you will ideally play a vital role in developing the capabilities of your team and upholding high standards across the College.

While this role centres on the Health and Physical Education - Careers and Auslan learning areas, Cannington CC is seeking a leader with the capacity to influence and enhance whole-school teaching practices. The ability to establish strong relationships and contribute to a culture of excellence is highly valued.

Note:
Experience in delivering and leading programs across Health and Physical Education - Careers and Auslan contexts is highly desirable, and the ability to teach across those learning areas is essential.
