**THE ROLE**:

- Deliver superior F&B service to maximise customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Coordinate daily Front of House restaurant operations
- Manage the business' image and identify improvement strategies
- Provide management, leadership and staff training/development
- Foster and encourage a positive working environment
- Leading staff and identifying/implementing opportunities for improvement in customer service and F&B delivery
- Ensure the maintenance of high productivity and excellence in service and product delivery
- Manage the promotion and sale of new items, deals and specials
- Monitor staff to ensure compliance with legislative and business requirements

**THE APPLICANT**:

- Bubbly, outgoing personality
- Motivated to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coffee knowledge essential; latte art ability preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Current Approved Manager’s Certification
- Current COVID Certification

**THE VENUE**:

- Café by day, restaurant/cocktail bar by night
- Operating 9am-9pm Mon-Sat; 11am-9pm Sun

**Salary**: $32.89 - $46.04 per hour
