Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.

All about the gig:

Reporting into the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll manage the day to day operations of our in club V-Café and provide heartfelt service to our members and guests .

In a nutshell:

• You'll provide our members with quality and nutritious snacks and smoothies, in line with our food & beverages menu
• You'll implement and manage the V Cafe strategy, working closely with the Club Manager to provide input to budgets and produce on time reporting
• You'll manage and lead team members to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
• You'll ensure all shifts are resourced with appropriately trained team members and duties are being fulfilled
• You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where members love spending time

About you:

• You're warm, honest and genuine with 12 months of comparable experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• You love to create meaningful moments for people. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it
• You get a kick out of creating unexpected experiences which make people go wow
• You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself. You can be counted on to skilfully respond to feedback and complaints
• You have experience working towards KPIs and have achieved and exceeded targets
• You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality qualifications. A+ for you
