Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.

**Your gig**
- You'll oversee the club product operation such as gym floor services, personal training and group exercise programs to maximise performance
- You'll ensure engagement and delivery targets are met to heighten the in-club experience for our members
- You'll partner in recruitment, coaching and development of all members of the Product Team to achieve agreed targets in line with their employment journey
- You'll coordinate the group exercise timetable, from strategic planning of instructions and tactical execution
- You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team member
- You'll manage PT and group exercise admin to ensure accurate account and payroll management
- You'll liaise with different departments and the Central team to assess, monitor and improve the Product experience

**All about you**
- You have 2+ years of relevant leadership experience, your Cert IV in Fitness, your first aid, and the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule. You may have also studied exercise science. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience in PT and group exercise. You know how to lead a team to deliver meaningful exercise experiences and thrive on exceeding performance targets.
- You are people focused. You're a raw and magnetic personality. You get a kick out of getting people to those _I did it _moments. You're confident and cool under pressure.
- You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're authentic when you express yourself. You love to inspire.
- You are driven. You love motivating others. You leverage your life experience and charismatic personality to help trainers build their sessions and be the best they can be. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to reach targets.
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity and you roll with the punches when things change. You're motivated to continually improve. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it.
