THE ROLE

An opportunity exists to utilise your experience as a residential Site Manager to build quality home for our customers in the Leppington and Barden Ridge area. In this role you will manage material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors, as you oversee the construction of our quality homes. In doing so, you will liaise closely with our clients and internal departments to ensure that homes are built with in budget and agreed time-frames.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful you will need to be customer focused, well organised, have strong people management skills and of course hold relevant qualifications, a solid understanding of OH&S requirements and proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential industry.

Equally important will be your organisation and communication skills, along with your eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Your thorough knowledge of regulatory codes, self motivation and strong work ethic will see you thrive in our high performing team. A builder's licence will be an advantage.
