**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a passionate, motivated and results focused Venue Manager to join our venue channel leadership team. Based at our recently renovated Hurstville site and scope to lead across all clubs within the group, this role presents a rare opportunity for a leader looking to take their hospitality career to new heights with a very successful and diverse organisation with continued plans for growth well into the future.

Our Hurstville property includes a 124-room hotel, rooftop bar & restaurant, commercial offices, 600 seat event centre, 3 restaurants, 5 bars, 333 gaming machines, and a busy 24-hour loading dock operation.

Under the leadership of the site General Manager and supported by a team leader during trading hours, our venue managers work closely with our F&B and Events operational leaders delivering exceptional guest experiences from the front and through effective leadership and support of our service team.

**About you**
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire our team to deliver exceptional experiences
- Identify, mentor, and develop our future leaders
- Understanding of legislative requirements & WHS regulations
- Proven experience leading a team and prioritising time and workload in a challenging environment.
- Strong planning, organisational and critical thinking skills
- Current industry accreditation RSA & RCG
- Drivers Licence or ability to travel between venues as required
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster consisting of 3 shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Confidently assume the role of chief warden for the property in the event of an emergency
