**THE COMPANY**
We are a professional and well respected Sydney home builder, building quality homes & projects mainly in St George & Sutherland area with a very strong pipeline of work. Projects range from $1.5 - $15m+. We require an experienced Site Supervisor/ Leading Hand to join our dynamic forward-thinking company. The successful applicant will coordinate all trades on site and ensure that all company policies including safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to by all personnel onsite.

**THE JOB**
Responsible for managing multiple projects running concurrently. You will be responsible for ensuring the projects run on time and within budget. Salary dependent on experience with great potential for growth.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Experience in low & medium density residential projects from ground to completion
- Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship with our long term and quality trades
- Must be pro-active and demonstrate a solid understanding of WHS, creating a safe work environment
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organisation skills with an ability to multitask.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Teamworking skills.
- Minimum 3yrs experience supervising
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Good computer skills.
