Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Engaging and motivating your team to bring their best self to work to ensure we are meeting key KPIs and key in-store targets
  • Mentoring and providing feedback to your team to continue to drive their professional development
  • Work closely with the State and Regional management team to lead the unparalleled MECCA store experience
  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

What success looks like in this role:
Our ideal candidates will have the following:

  • A minimum of 1 year directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment for all roles below a store manager
  • Retail Managers will have a minimum of 2 years directly, or indirectly, managing a team in a retail environment
  • Experience in driving and delivering an exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment
  • An 'elbows-out' mindset and a passion for all things beauty
  • Proven ability to drive key sales outcomes
  • A relentless desire to ensure operational effectiveness with a strong understanding of back of house operations
  • The ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building strong relationships built on trust, empathy, and transparency
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
