About the role
As our
Senior Finance Business Partner
, you'll act as a strategic financial advisor to College leadership and external stakeholders, delivering performance reporting, key insights, and decision-making support.

Reporting to the
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – Operating
, you'll provide budgeting, forecasting, grant reporting, and performance analysis, while supporting FP&A management in a 2IC capacity. You'll also mentor finance staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of the FP&A function.

As our
Senior Finance Business Partner
, you'll also

  • design and deliver financial performance reporting and key insights for leadership and the Department of Health and Aged Care
  • manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial partnering across business units
  • lead grant reporting and acquittals, supporting negotiation of submissions
  • coordinate business unit reviews and leadership meetings with key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified CA, CPA or equivalent with 7+ years' finance experience
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and financial advisory
  • Experience in grant budgeting and acquittals for government or research bodies
  • Strong management reporting skills, including at Executive and Board level
