Your Impact

**About our Centre**:
Small, boutique style 58 Place Service which creates a peaceful and tranquil space
Situated in a semi-rural community on the outskirts of Southern Toowoomba.
We care for children from Nursery through to Kindergarten
Opening Hours - 7.00 am - 6.00 pm
Our curriculum is aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework and adheres to the Qld Kindergarten Guidelines
We are a well resourced Centre
Team of wonderful educators, with a mix of young and more mature educators who are passionate about providing the best possible care and education to the children in our care
Strong and supportive leadership team

**About you**: We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun, up-to-date with current research and must be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting their fellow educators and have high quality standards.

You’ll help achieve this by

Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviours
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
