Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator, you/'ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Our 75-place centre, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, exudes a warm, country feel. Our five-room facility features three expansive playgrounds and regular access to bush kindy, allowing children and Educators to explore and collect fruit from our very own orchard. The centre is guided by an outstanding, long-term leadership team with extensive experience.

Our dedicated Centre Director, with 27 years of experience in the childcare sector, is passionate about mentoring, leading, and inspiring her team. You’ll need:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
