Workshop Manager – Diesel Mechanics (Arndell Park)

Are you a mature-age diesel mechanic looking to put the tools down but stay in the industry? Torque n Diesel, a small family business based in Arndell Park, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to step into a Workshop Manager role.

About the Role

You will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:


• Allocating jobs to mechanics


• Ordering parts for jobs and managing stock levels


• Booking in work and maintaining schedules


• Liaising with customers and providing excellent service

About You


• Extensive experience as a diesel mechanic (ideal for someone ready to move into a management/coordination role)


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Computer skills essential


• Knowledge of MYOB highly beneficial


• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team


• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
