We are looking for Full time/ Part Time or Casual Bakers, Bakery Assistant for our Bakery in Epsom, VIC. Positions are depending on your level of qualification and experience.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities,

  • Prepare and produce bakery products to Bakery standards
  • Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation expectations
  • Weigh, mix, and prepare doughs and fillings

  • Assisting the Head Baker with daily baking tasks
  • Preparing, washing, and lining baking trays and tins
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the baking area
  • Following recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality
  • Monitoring stock levels to keep our stores ready and well-supplied
  • Knowledge of baking, cooking and food is good, having PASSION for it is essential

What We're Looking For,

  • Trade-qualified baker or minimum 3 years' baking experience (preferred) or 6 months experience in a production baking environment is highly desirable, however we are always willing to help and train someone with the right attitude
  • Flexible availability across 7 days, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
