Location: Perth, WA | Type: Full-Time

Want to be the heartbeat of Perth's top plumbing team? Plumbing Bros Perth is looking for a fast-thinking Scheduler who can juggle multiple priorities, keep our plumbers moving, and deliver our 5-star service to homes and businesses across the metro area.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and allocate daily jobs for our Perth plumbing team
  • Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates
  • Coordinate with plumbers, suppliers, and management to keep work flowing
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time
  • Assist with office administration and customer service as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous scheduling, dispatch, or rostering experience (trade services ideal)
  • Strong organisational skills and cool under pressure
  • Excellent phone and client communication skills
  • Comfortable with scheduling/job management software (Ascora, SimPRO, or similar)
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
