WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a Senior Client Account Manager you will take the lead on key client relationships, acting as their strategic partner throughout every stage of a project. You will manage complex campaigns from planning through to delivery ensuring high-quality integrated solutions that drive client success. In this role you will mentor and guide the account team fostering collaboration and professional growth while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships. You will oversee campaign planning, budget management and delivery across multiple channels while also translating client needs into clear and actionable creative briefs for internal teams. Alongside this you will identify opportunities for growth, pitch new ideas and contribute to business development while also managing reporting, analysis and invoicing to ensure accountability and profitability. A key part of the role will also be driving innovation, challenging existing norms and contributing fresh creative solutions to enhance processes and outcomes.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and building senior-level client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team mentorship skills
  • Experience driving new business and presenting growth opportunities to clients
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
