The Role

We're expanding and seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our accomplished Melbourne team. In this role, you'll drive business growth, secure new contracts, and nurture long-term client partnerships, with a particular focus on the IT and Telco industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Melbourne.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with a talented and trusted team of consultants to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Shape business strategy in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead tender processes (RFPs, RFTs, RFQs)

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in business development or sales experience in consulting, ICT, or professional services.
  • Strong network and understanding of Telco/IT sectors.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to pitch, influence and close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
