Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:·       Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially around SailPoint.·       Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.·       Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).·       Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.·       Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.·       Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.·       Identify gaps and recommend IAM process improvements.·       Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).·       Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to IAM topics. Required Skills and Qualifications:·       5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM/IDAM domains.·       Strong understanding of SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).·       Experience in access certification, provisioning, role -based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.·       Good understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.·       Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.·       Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
