We're seeking experienced D365 Finance & Operations Developers (Senior and Mid-Level) to join a growing team in Melbourne. This role focuses on ongoing enhancements and integrations within an established D365 F&O environment, offering the chance to work on meaningful projects in a dynamic hybrid setup.


About the Role

As a D365 FinOps Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that support business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Production. You'll work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality enhancements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance customisations within the D365 FinOps platform.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Data Factory, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from design and coding to testing, deployment, and support.
  • Troubleshoot, analyse, and optimise existing D365 FinOps components.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 FinOps / AX Developer.
  • Proficiency in X++, Customisations, Extensions, and Integrations.
  • Strong experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps and Function Apps.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Distribution, or Production processes.
  • Exposure to Finance & Operations upgrades, data entities, and custom workflows.
  • Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus / Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agent / Copilot
  • Understanding of how Power Platform integrates with D365 FinOps.
