Young Adult Day Program Team Leader (Job Share – 3 days per week)

This is a part-time, job share role (3 days per week) – perfect if you're looking to balance professional growth with work–life balance.

Immediate Start with salary $88,000-90,000 pro rata

What you'll do

  • Co-lead our Young Adult Day Program with creativity and care.
  • Plan and run engaging group and 1:1 activities.
  • Support families with NDIS navigation, advocacy, and referrals.
  • Mentor and guide a small, passionate team.
  • Ensure smooth program delivery and administration.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in disability or support work.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and creativity.
  • Relevant certifications (First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy training, NDIS worker screening).
