Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at McGrath Estate Agents, located in Yarraville, VIC. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential and commercial properties, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, liaising with tenants and landlords, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The role also includes tasks such as rent collection, handling tenant inquiries, and assisting with lease renewals and property marketing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management, Lease Management, and Tenant Relations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
