Join a highly successful and dynamic Real Estate team based in the heart of Yarraville We're looking for an organised, tech-savvy Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our high-performing sales team — managing the entire sales process from listing to settlement, ensuring every detail runs smoothly, and delivering outstanding service to our clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports and updates for management and agents.
  • Set up new sales listings across company systems and external platforms.
  • Manage each property sale from start to finish, ensuring all documentation and milestones are completed accurately and on time.
  • Upload and maintain all required sales documentation from agents, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Coordinate property marketing — book and manage stylists, photographers, and videographers as required.
  • Oversee back-end system management for both agent personal websites and the company website.
  • Attend appointments and assist agents on-site when requested.
  • Liaise professionally with conveyancers, solicitors, tradespeople, vendors, and buyers to ensure smooth communication and positive outcomes.
