The Opportunity

The opportunity is to work as the Accounts Coordinator, responsible for the end-to-end administration of all accounting functions across the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role plays a key part in supporting the financial function of the organisation through timely and accurate accounts management. Whilst overall, full operational responsibility of project accounts lies with project staff, the role requires proactive collaboration with project teams to ensure financial processes are integrated and aligned with business objectives. A high level of autonomy is provided, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to commercial decision-making, manage competing priorities, and support continuous process improvement.

This is an office based role at our newly renovated office in Fortitude Valley.

Experience within the Construction Industry is favorable but not essential however it is paramount that you can work collaboratively with our project teams and the broader business support function.

This is advertised as a full-time role, with part-time (4 days) considered for the right candidate.
