The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant who is eager to grow with us and contribute to the development of our new accounting division. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain equity in the business as the accounting arm expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting strategies to optimize clients' financial performance.
  • Provide expert advice on tax minimisation.
  • Collaborate with our financial advisors to offer comprehensive, integrated financial solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in tax accounting required.
