Senior Service Advisor

Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Service Advisor and become the key link between our valued customers and our workshop team.

About the Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You'll oversee the customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring service excellence every step of the way. You'll also provide leadership and support to junior advisors, helping drive customer satisfaction, efficiency, and service department performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to completion of service
  • Prepare accurate job estimates, explain work required, and gain customer authorisation
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
  • Manage service bookings, warranties, and vehicle handovers
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Mentor and support junior service advisors in daily operations
  • Assist management in meeting service department KPIs and targets
About You
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and driving team success
