Our Bellissimo Coffee store offers a range of coffee, juices, smoothies, light meals and everything you need for your home coffee needs, including our freshly roasted coffee beans.

The Role:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.

*Need to love early mornings

What You'll Do: Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service

Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe

Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation

Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes

Train, coach, and motivate team members

Maintain a positive, people-first culture

What We're Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes

Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices

Well-groomed & professionally presented 

Strong communication and people skills

Early riser required - also preferably can work a Thursday to Sunday schedule

Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
