We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior to join our team working alongside our most experienced fabricators and production professionals as a production hand, while learning the necessary skills and techniques to grow into an experienced fabricator with the ability to work autonomously.

To be immediately considered for this role you must possess the following:

  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Physically fit

Daily tasks may include:

  • Building fence & gates
  • Cutting & shaping timber
  • Cutting steel & aluminium with occasional welding
  • Priming & painting products
  • Preparing orders ready for despatch
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Collecting materials from local suppliers

The right candidate will receive full training in all aspects of the role.

Recent work history relevant to the position or other trade experience would be advantageous but not essential. This exciting role is designed for someone to progress in our company quickly, matching the growth of the business.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
