Senior Cloud Project Officer - NV1

Location: Canberra, ACT

Are you experienced in supporting large-scale cloud programs within highly secure environments? This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a groundbreaking cloud transformation initiative within the national intelligence community. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, leveraging your project delivery and Agile expertise to ensure success in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Key Duties:

  • Provide end-to-end project support including Agile sprint planning, governance forums, and stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver high-quality secretariat services: prepare agendas, minutes, briefings and track action items.
  • Facilitate project activities including stand-ups, milestone tracking, risk/issue reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Administer records and document management systems such as Objective and GovTEAMS.

Key Criteria:

  • Formal qualifications or training in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile SCM).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Officer in a NIC agency or similar large-scale government program.
  • Strong background working within Agile project environments.
  • Skilled in supporting project governance through agendas, reporting, and tracking actions.
