As part of the MacKillop National After Hours Service, you'll be providing essential support across our MacKillop Family Services national network. This role is more than just support—it's about being the steady hand and calming voice when it matters most.

We have 1x Full time and 2x casual opportunities based in Preston, VIC within our MacKillop National After-Hours Service Program. The position reports to the After-Hours Coordinator.Key Selection Criteria
  • A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
  • Experience in youth services or residential care.
  • Ability to relate to and work with young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Ability to implement behaviour management plans for young people with challenging behaviours.
  • Tertiary qualifications in youth work or relevant field.

You Must Have a
