What are we looking for?
Are you a passionate fitness leader ready to inspire and empower others? SAVVY is seeking a Head Trainer to lead our team of Movement Therapists and Personal Trainers in delivering high-impact programs that help clients achieve their goals.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll:
- Guide and mentor a team of 12–16 trainers
- Deliver and oversee group and personal training programs
- Drive member engagement and program excellence
- Plan and run events that energise our community
- Support service scheduling and quality improvement
To be successful in this role you will have:
- proven leadership in fitness or recreation
- a passion for people, movement, and positive change
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, or equivalent
- Aus Active / ESSA registration, Insurance, First Aid and CPR
- experience leading engaging sessions with a variety of members, both individually and in groups
- a strong commitment to role modelling a fit and healthy lifestyle
Candidates will possess a Current Working with Children Check, have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccination, have annual influenza vaccination, be willing to undertake a National Police History check and have valid Right to Work status in Australia.
